Bill Greer

Assistant Vice President for Research Compliance, University of Michigan. Bill oversees institutional research compliance programs including biosafety, animal care and use, lab safety, and related oversight areas. With more than 30 years of experience, he has led national best‑practice initiatives and educational programs supporting IBC and IACUC administrative communities.

Jonah Lee, PhD

Senior Associate Director, University of Michigan. Dr. Lee provides strategic leadership supporting research engagement infrastructure, program coordination, and user‑focused administrative processes across research oversight programs.

Andrew Maksymowych, PhD

Associate Director, Biosafety Programs, University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Maksymowych serves as Institutional Biosafety Officer and provides oversight of biological safety programs and dual‑use research considerations with extensive experience in research compliance and biosafety governance.

Raymond F. Scheetz, MS, RBP

Institutional Biosafety Officer and Compliance Manager, Penn State College of Medicine. Ray oversees biosafety compliance operations, training programs, and laboratory safety initiatives supporting research activities across the institution.
